WEI DIESEL Connecting Rods

Weichai heavy diesels are a standard power unit in Chinese-built heavy trucks, and the WD615, WD618, WD12, WP12 and P12 families have been fitted to HOWO and Shacman tractors, tippers, buses and construction equipment for many years. Operators ordering rods here are usually mid-rebuild or stocking spares for a fleet, and they tend to work from the engine family and a part or casting number rather than from a vehicle model.

The rods in this category cover the WD615 family with 61500030009, the WD618 and WD12 units with 61800030041, and the WP12 and P12 application with 612630020017. All three are listed against Weichai 618 series fitments for Sino-Truck HOWO and Shacman applications. Because the 618 number appears across several of these listings, check the engine plate and the number stamped on the old rod together before choosing.

Rods are forged from alloy steel and precision machined, and dimensional accuracy is checked batch by batch so that big-end bore, small-end bore and centre-to-centre length stay consistent between shipments, which matters when a set is split across a fleet rebuild. Stock models are supplied factory direct with no hard minimum, so a single rod or a sample set can be ordered. If your engine plate is unclear, send the engine number or the OEM number from the old rod and we will confirm the fitment first.
