Suzuki engines turn up in small cars, mini trucks and compact SUVs in a lot of markets, and many of those vehicles stay in service a long time on locally sourced parts. That is why this category attracts enquiries for everything from a K10B in an Alto or Wagon R to a J20A in a Grand Vitara, SX4 or Escudo, plus the tiny A52 and 75C engines in Carry and Every mini trucks.

We list rods for the M15A 1.5L engine fitted to Swift, SX4, Ignis, Liana and Aerio models, the M16A engine that followed it, the 462 engine used in Alto, Mehran and mini truck applications, the A52 and 75C small-displacement units, the K10B, and the J20A. Reference numbers shown on the product pages include 12160-69GA0 for the M15A, 12161-77300 for the 462, 12160-M83K00 for the A52, 12160-75C00 for the 75C, 12160-51k10-000 for the K10B and 12160-59J00 for the J20A. The 4340 H-beam rod for the M16A is listed separately under reference 4-TR-037, and is intended for turbocharged or competition builds rather than standard replacement work.

Suzuki rods here are alloy steel forgings, precision machined and checked dimensionally in batches. Stock models ship factory direct with no minimum order, so samples and small trial quantities are welcome. Where an engine code is hard to read, send the VIN or the number from the old rod and we will identify the correct part.
