FIAT IVECO Connecting Rods

Fiat and Iveco diesels power light commercial vans, Daily chassis cabs and heavy trucks, and one engine family often appears under several brand names, which is why buyers frequently work from an OEM number instead of a vehicle description. This category covers the F1AE0481 2.3 JTD, the 2.8 JTD and HDi units, the 3.0 litre engines shared by Daily and Ducato, the Cursor 9 F2CE, and the Cursor 13 C13 12.9 litre inline-six fitted to Stralis, Trakker and EuroStar.

Fits include Iveco Daily, Fiat Ducato and Citroen Jumper, and some rods also suit Mitsubishi Fuso Canter. Numbers you can compare against your parts book are 504128706 and 504113130 for Cursor 9, 504057276 for the 2.3 JTD, 500352497 with 500335629 for the 2.8, 504341496 with 5801880357 for the 3.0 litre, and 5801634811 with 504228545 for Cursor 13.

Rods are forged from alloy steel and precision machined, and dimensional accuracy is checked batch by batch so the big-end bore, small-end bore and centre-to-centre length stay repeatable between shipments. Factory direct supply means stock models have no rigid minimum, and sample or trial quantities are welcome. Where a van has been re-engined or the identification plate is missing, send the engine number or the OEM number cast into the old rod and we will confirm the match first.
