Komatsu machines spend their working life on site, and the engine number is normally how the parts counter identifies a rod: 4D95, 6D95, 6D102, 6D107, 6D125, 6D140 and 12V140 all appear in excavators and dozers of different generations. This category groups our Komatsu rods by those engine families so you can go straight to the right one.
For the PC60, PC70 and PC75 class we list the 4D95 rod under 6204-31-3101, and for the earlier PC100 and PC120 generation the 6D95 rod under 6207-31-3101 with 6206-31-3101. The PC200-7 and PC220-7 excavators take the 6D102 rod listed as 6732-31-3101, while the PC200-8 and PC220-8 use the 6D107 rod under 6737-32-3120, and the same rods are also listed against PC200, PC210 and PC220 applications. Larger machines are covered by the 6D125 rod at 6150-31-3100 with 6151-31-3200, the 6D140 rod at 6151-31-3111 with 6151-31-3100, and the 12V140 rod under 6215-31-3100, which also suits the PC1250 class.
Each rod is forged from alloy steel and precision machined, with dimensional checks made batch by batch. We supply factory direct, stock models carry no minimum order, and sample or trial lots are welcome. Send the machine model, engine serial number or the number off the old rod and we will confirm the match before dispatch.
