VOLVO Connecting Rods

Volvo rods divide between the industrial side, where excavators, wheel loaders and generator sets run D4D to D8K and TAD engines, and the passenger side, where S60, XC90 and V70 five-cylinder petrol engines are rebuilt. Buyers usually arrive with a VOE number or a Volvo part number taken off the old rod.

Industrial coverage includes the D8K rod under 20793636 with 21191452; the D6E rod under 20851091 for the L45H, L50, L60 and L70F loaders; the D7E and D7D rod under 20585982; the D7D and D5D rod under 21154702; and the D6D and D4D rod under 20768518 with 20551431, which also suits TAD420VE, TAD620VE and EC140B applications. On the automotive side we list 31355860 for the 2.5T five-cylinder engines in the S60, XC90 and V70, offered with the interchangeable 31251469 and 8677870 numbers.

All of these rods are forged from alloy steel and precision machined, with dimensional checks carried out batch by batch. Supply is factory direct, there is no minimum order on stock models, and sample or trial lots are welcome.
