DOOSAN Connecting Rods

Doosan engines are found across excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts and generator sets, which is why most buyers searching this category arrive with an OEM number rather than a description. A rod pulled from a DX300LCA, a DL06P in a DX225LC-5 or a D1146 in an older machine all have to be matched exactly before the engine goes back together.

This category covers our Doosan connecting rods for the DL08, DL06P, DB58, DE08, D34, D12, D2366, D1146 and D1146TI engine families, including the DX140LC-5, DX180LC-5, DX225LC-5, DX225LL-5 and DX255LC-5 machine applications and the PU086T applications. Cross-reference numbers you will see on the individual product pages include 65.02401-6034 for the DL08, 65.02401-6035 for the DL06P, 65.02401-6161 for the DB58, 65.02401-0030 and 65.02401-6101 for the D1146, 65.02401-6017 and 65.02401-6012 for the D12 and D2366, and 65.02401-6019 with 6502401-6018A for the DE08. The D34 range is listed under 7256972, 7256973, 7256974 and 7256975.

Rods are forged from alloy steel and precision machined, with dimensional checks run batch by batch so that big-end bore, small-end bore and centre-to-centre length stay consistent from one order to the next. The Doosan range ships factory direct with no minimum order on stock models, so sample and trial lots are welcome. If the number on your old rod is worn or unclear, send the engine serial number or machine model and we will confirm the right part first.
